Red Circuit is built around Markus Teske, who is an engineer an producer who has worked in the past with the likes of Ian Parry and Vanden Plas amongst other.

What peaked my interest in this album was the involvement of Faro's Chity Somapala. Now Faro’s last album was well played well produced album but unfortunately had no real songs of note. Luckily that problem has been rectified with this album although, its’ not melodic rock but what it is is very good prog metal with melodic overtones. 

From opener 'Under The Sun'  till the finale that is 'Trance State' what you get for your money is  ten tracks of top notch prog metal with enough variation to keep even the most easily bored music fan interested. Heavy and melodic and every thing else in between. Chity Somapala has finally found a musical vehicle that lives up to his vocal talents.
