This double a-side single is the first release on Funeral For A Friend's own record label Join Us and gives fans a chance to hear the Bridgend boys current sound (partially) free of charge as "Waterfront Dance Club" is available as a free download and both tracks are also available as a limited edition 7" vinyl.

Having tasted success with their epic emo tinged rock sound previously, all three of the bands albums so far have been certified gold, means there's no major changes this time around. FFAF do what they do, and they do it well. Both tracks are infectious & mid-paced, with "Beneath The Burning Tree" just edging it thanks to it's more immediate chorus and call & response sections in the bridge
